The Wired Music Festival

The Wired is a concept for a music festival that I came up with as my senior project at UCF. It is the culmination of everything I learned in my studies and beyond.

This festival is an event centered around online music communities that don't always have the means to put on a huge festival show. These artists that primarily have their audience and community online are put on the same stage as big names that draw audiences to get as many new ears to experience their music as possible.

The visual direction of this festival is based on the interconnectivity of the internet and y2k / metalheart aesthetics, especially in the abstract 3D models present in many of the backgrounds. I want The Wired to feel mysterious and otherworldly while being a comfortable and safe place for people to enjoy the beauty of electronic music.
